Autumn: Ripe for Healing

Autumn: Ripe for Healing

Happy Equinox! We in the northern hemisphere are now in Autumn.

This season begins a turning inward to reflect upon our harvest, being thankful for our ability to vision and manifest. We take stock of what we’ve created and are still manifesting.

While it’s a truly abundant time in nature, some people feel an annual melancholia set in:.

  • Maybe we haven’t yet completed things.
  • Maybe it’s not clear what our harvest is.
  • Perhaps it doesn’t look how we imagined things to be.

The Way of the Teacher can help.

In Angeles Arrien’s Four-Fold Way, the Teacher within practices being open to outcome, not attached to a particular outcome.

Coming into the present moment a sense how things are for you right now. Perhaps journal on your top three intentions and note where you are. Celebrate your harvest, even if it’s not what you expected. And rededicate yourself where your intentions want more action. Autumn is just beginning.
