guiding you through grief, loss, and new life
Blossom, Butterfly, You

Blossom, Butterfly, You

I am reminded of the fleeting nature of life by a friend who just died after many years of brilliance, beauty, humor, and by the way, illness.

Being with her, I was even more aware of the light shining in the cafe, her gorgeous dimples as she made an arch comment, and the burst of flavor and memory in the tea. She couldn’t help but drag you into the potent present moment, where she mostly lived.

I wonder if you, like me, feel fully alive in tiny moments. I am here to help you unload what is no longer serving you, so that you can enter the potent present, fully resourced. What burden would you like to release? What breakthrough would you like to make, to fully blossom? Time is short. Contact me and bring yourself into this expansive moment.
