"The privilege of a lifetime is being who you are."

- Joseph Campbell

guiding you through grief, loss, and new life

I am CAROL HARADA, a body-mind healingDSC_8781 - Version 2practitioner in San Francisco since 2000. My passion is to be with clients moving through stuck places in the creative and healing cycles. Endings and beginnings are particularly potent times. And grief and loss are special allies initiating us into deeper healing, realignment, and integration.

My spiritual practice and my healing practice invite more embodiment and coming home to the true self: grounding in present time and nesting Spirit into Body into Earth.

My greatest gifts are presence, grounding, and the ability to discern openings for new movement. As an artist and writer, I am attuned to healing as a creative process, a way to discover more authenticity and liveliness. I extend compassion and loving support as a guide and healing partner on this human path of growth and change.

I have a story forthcoming in Still Point Arts Quarterly and the FlashFlood National Flash-Fiction Day anthology. I have read at the literary reading series Why There Are Words. I exhibit a natural curiosity and willingness to be with the blank page, whether with image, word, or the current dilemma of a client.

Please contact me for your complimentary 20-minute phone intro.  We’ll explore ways to unlock your body wisdom and support your healing journey. I hope you’ll be inspired to embark on this great work with me.
