"Life's challenges are not supposed to paralyze you; they're supposed to help you discover who you are."

- Bernice Johnson Reagon

guiding you through grief, loss, and new life

Here we take care of logistics.  Please click on each topic below to read more.  If you don’t see your question answered here, please contact me.

  • Please contact me or call me to schedule your 20-minute complimentary phone intro.  We’ll discuss your concerns and ways I would help you to work with them.  If it seems like a good fit, we’ll schedule your first session.  If not, I can refer you elsewhere.
  • After your phone intro, I’ll email you intake forms to fill out.  Please complete them and email them back to me, or just bring them with you.
  • Please arrive for your appointment on time.  If you are more than 10 minutes early, please take a walk or peruse the gallery at Ruby’s Clay Studio downstairs and come back on time.  If you are late, you’ll have a shorter session so that we end on time.
  • Please arrive having eaten a little something.
  • Please wear comfortable clothing.
  • Please refrain from wearing strong scents.
  • Please consider your intention, what you’d like to achieve in our work.
  • We are building a relationship of mutual respect, so please let me know right away if there’s something I could do to better support you.
  • I’ll help you ground and settle and clarify your healing intention for the session.
  • We’ll take the best approach in the moment to fulfill your intention.  You might have an idea of what needs to be done.  We’ll check that out with your body wisdom and Spirit knowing if that or another way is needed.
  • We’ll ground and integrate at the end of the session.
  • It’s best if you plan to have some open time after your session to rest, integrate, and journal.
  • You may feel more vibrant after a session. This may lead to the awareness and release of underlying emotions, such as sadness, anger, or grief. This is a natural part of the healing process. Do contact me if you are feeling distressed.
  • You may wish to drink a lot of water and take an Epsom salt bath to flush out the toxins released in moving stuck energy.
  • I often give ‘try this’ or ‘track this’ homework.  When you do this practice, you truly implement the changes you’ve made in session and stay connected to your internal process of transformation.
  • You may wish to track what you are noticing and update me 2-3 days by email after your session about how the issue is moving in your life.
  • Your first appointment is booked at the end of your complimentary 20-minute phone intro. Contact me to set that up.
  • NOTE: If you are seeking an Intuition Medicine® session, this can be non-local. We can do this by phone or Zoom teleconferencing.
  • Appointments times:
    • Most weekday afternoons and evenings
    • Some Saturday mornings
    • These times are subject to change, but I intend to find a consistent time slot to work with you
  • 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY:  If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, call me at 415.290.4920 at least 24 hours prior to your booked appointment.  If you fail to do so, you will pay the $50 late cancel fee.

Payment is expected in exact cash or check or via Square Cash, Venmo, or Paypal at the time of your appointment.  If you are paying for a series, please do so at the end of first session.

    • $150 per 75-minute session.
    • $390 for 3 sessions prepaid
    • Must be enjoyed within 3 months
    • Saves you $60.
    • We’re offering a sliding scale for people directly impacted by Sonoma and Napa County wildfires. Let’s talk!
