New Year Supermoon

New Year Supermoon

Welcome to 2018!

The full moon coming on Monday January 1st and Tuesday 2nd is a Supermoon, seeming even larger as it comes closest to earth. A great opportunity to go out and moon gaze, starting the year by engaging in cycles of manifestation.

One full moon ritual is to go out on the land where you can greet Her. Like the tides, we empty out at full moon and waning moon. We fill up again at new moon and waxing moon.

First let go of whatever you want to release:

  • limiting beliefs
  • relationship troubles
  • fears
  • grief
  • blocks to manifesting.

A good catchall is to ask the Earth to take whatever is not for your highest good at this time. Imagine and intend all that energy you don’t need draining through your body and out your feet. The Earth takes it in for recycling, neutralizing, and doing no harm.

Then, reaffirm your intention from the new moon two weeks ago. Ask the Moon to light your way to integrate and complete projects. Open your mouth and eat the moon. Yes, scoop up handfuls of Full Moon energy and bring it into your body. Delicious!

Try it out and let me know how it goes.
