I’ve been working with a physical therapist, a Feldenkrais teacher, and a Body Talk practitioner to help heal an injury. The first two are reeducating me about how my body can work together as a whole. The Body Talk has been so excellent in excavating old energetic patterns of holding and over-protection and creating new templates for wholeness. Perhaps you’ve experienced this with your own injuries? Sometimes our desire is to cordon off an injured part of us, either to not deal with it or to overprotect it. We need to fit all the pieces back together so the whole body can move with ease.
Becoming whole again is fitting the pieces of the puzzle together in a new way. Really listening to what the emotions and energetic patterns have to say can get us current. We get to choose our present time intentions and learn from and release the past.
