guiding you through grief, loss, and new life
What a Pause Does for Us

What a Pause Does for Us

It’s back to school, back to work, back to busy-ness after the long days of Summer. Often we just snap into Doing mode without first taking a pause to get current with the guidance of your spirit. We go on automatic, perhaps not in sync with our greatest intention.

Taking a reflective pause
Taking a reflective pause

Deep River Healing offers a chance to pause and get current. In Intuition Medicine® sessions, much of the healing is bringing ourselves into present time. The present is the only moment where healing and creativity can take place.

With Biodynamic Craniosacral Therapy, listening in to how the inner tides are flowing or are impeded gives us a present time snapshot. Once the client’s system recognizes that, it also remembers the inherent health and original template of wholeness and balance. The system moves towards greater equilibrium.

And with EFT, the tapping releases what is not for our highest good in order to make space for more supportive intentions.

So if you are harried already with Autumn busy-ness, come on in for a session to reset yourself to a more settles sense of Being. Out of that, more effective Doing arises.
