guiding you through grief, loss, and new life
Winter Dreaming & Incubating

Winter Dreaming & Incubating

January is a great time to pause to get current with what life is asking of you. At the New Year we look back to harvest what’s useful from the just ended cycle. We jettison the rest and make space for what is fresh, new, and meaningful now.

It’s vital to take time and space to dream into what you want to co-create. What are you longing for? What’s missing?

Dreaming, journaling, conversing, musing, wondering, incubating is all good. We may just have an inkling of how we want our life to feel, not the specifics. Go with that, and let it take shape in its own time.
