guiding you through grief, loss, and new life
You are being and doing enough

You are being and doing enough

In planning our upcoming workshop, my host Anne and I talked about our target audience: self-employed people who are also caregiving kids, elders, or both. What juggling is involved!

Of course, we are talking about ourselves too.

One of the things that came up was the sense of overwhelm and feeling like we are not doing enough or being enough. This lack and insufficiency taints our good efforts and drains precious energy.

I will be sharing some EFT Tapping, a simple self-help procedure that speaks to the energy body, recognizing and releasing stuck emotions and looping thoughts. We will be letting go of overwhelm and this feeling of ‘not enough’ to make way for the fact that we are always doing the best we can.
