FIRST

THE FIRST SESSION is an energy medicine reading/self-healing to do late harvest work. We’ll ask your Spirit or inner guide or higher wisdom to show us what’s not current and how to update your energy system to give you more internal space for the new year.

What didn’t quite work out this year? What unhealthy patterns or limiting beliefs could be composted?
What’s fully ripened in you this year? What can you take in to nourish and strengthen you?
What seeds from your 2025 endeavors do you want to plant for new growth in 2026?

SECOND

THE SECOND SESSION is an energy medicine reading / self-healing to reveal your Soul Agreement and make it conscious. It’s the pre-birth plan that you (Soul) have made with you (Spirit) for you (humble human) to live out. It’s important to revisit Soul Agreements periodically to keep them current as you grow.

We’ll ask your Spirit or inner guide or higher wisdom these questions. Then I’ll help you update your Soul Agreement so that it is most helpful as a touchstone for your 2026.
