Shadow Work: Taking back Projections
Smoky mirrors are people whose behavior triggers outsized reactions from you. Turn it around and ask how you might be projected onto them what you’re unable to face in yourself. Take back the projection as a call to healing, and see yourself as perfectly imperfect too.
Creative Process: the Visionary & Artivism
Summer is Visionary season, a time to reflect on and reflect back truth, to oneself and to others. A great vehicle for that is creativity in all its forms.
