After years of suffering from nervous system responses to stress and trauma, I sought support from Carol to find relief from physical and emotional pain. Initially, I knew I wanted to grieve the loss of some important relationships in my life. I wanted to transform a persistent pattern in how I related to myself and others.
Carol invited me to find grounding and safety, and with tremendous integrity and respect, witnessed me as I bid farewell to outdated soul agreements and created new agreements to align with my highest self. We continue to collaborate and her skillful toolkit of craniosacral treatment, energy medicine, and more has allowed me to experience a deep and lasting friendship with my soul and spirit.

Over the years, I had taken a number of collage workshops with Carol. Each one was a fabulous journey. I noticed that no matter the size of the background material, my collages spilled beyond the boundaries. At the start of one session, I pledged to myself that I would stay within the boundaries. Despite that, my collage had once again “trespassed.”
When I reported to the group my “failure,” Carol asked, “Why? Why do you need to stay within the boundaries?” I did not have a response.
And then the wisdom flowed from Carol -- “Be Who You Be.” So simple. So powerful. Permission to be oneself. I am forever grateful.

I initially found Carol when I needed a Craniosacral session for headache relief, which resolved immediately with her gifted support. Consequently I would seek her out whenever I was in a level of distress that I felt required skilled intervention, whether it was physical or emotional.
I was in a troubled relationship in the 18 months that I lived close enough to work with her (10 times), and it was always a relief to land in her space and find relief, insight and resource through her masterful guidance.
Much of her table work was too profound to adequately wrap words around, although the results in my body included liberation from pain, a deep sense of rest, and a re-connection to my Self and all Creation.

After 3 and ½ months of this combination of treatments (Intuition Medicine® with Carol and acupuncture and Chinese herbs with a Chinese Medicine doctor), a new ultrasound showed measurable shrinkage of the fibroids. After a recommended D&C and 4 more months, a third ultrasound revealed further fibroid shrinkage and the determination that surgery was no longer recommended. Cycles are now regular and manageable….
Also I have returned to my authentic self and way of being. Overall, I have much more serenity, joy and gratitude in my life. I now have a much clearer understanding of my body and spirit connection and many tools to help me when I am anxious, nervous, or otherwise emotionally out of kilter. I’ve used grounding and clearing tools many times over the past months in stressful situations to help me be more centered and able to function according to my true self. Thank you, Carol!
