THE SIBLING BOND offers the possibility of lifelong companionship and understanding. Yet an easy connection is not what many of us feel.

Despite growing up together, we siblings have vastly different foundational experiences that can keep us from being close. These missed connections can intensify at times of transition within the family: birth, accident, illness, coming out, divorce, new life partners, new family members, relocating, caregiving, and death.

The season of harvest and letting go is a rich time to tend to our sibling relationships. We can choose to strengthen them, release old expectations, and create healthier boundaries. We can get clear and current on who we are as individuals and who we want to be as siblings.

IN THIS 3-SESSION CIRCLE, we’ll widen our perspective to see our relationship with one sibling for what it is and how it could be better. We’ll tend to our inner kids and enlist their help in shaping our adult relationships with our sibs.

  • What’s the current connection? Too enmeshed, too distant, or just right?

  • What can you let go of - old patterns, roles, hurts, assumptions - to be freshly curious about this relationship?

  • What kind of relationship do you want to cultivate?

Our approach will include guided meditation, journaling, and sharing seeds of our wisdom, vital for an abundant collective harvest.

Let’s get to the root of the relationship with your sibling. Before you and your sibling were born, you made a Soul Agreement or unconscious plan to be in relationship in this lifetime in a way that enables you to both learn life lessons. These Soul Agreements run like old programming in the background and influence how you interact.

In this Soul Agreement session, we’ll illuminate the underlying spiritual pact you have with your sibling. We’ll edit, update, complete, or make a whole new agreement that works better for the kind of relationship you want now. Making this change on the energetic template and spiritual level can shift how you are together in daily life.
